Job Description:
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first person and last person our patients see when visiting Tribeca Pediatrics! They are responsible for greeting and helping patients and parents.
Their duties include checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries and maintaining records for Tribeca Pediatrics offices.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Front Desk Receptionists work simultaneously checking in and out patients as well as the following
Responsibilities:
Provide seamless customer service Ensure patient information is accurate including demographic info, billing/insurance information Notifying parents of outstanding balance, copays as taking payments Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patient's' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff Register new patients Schedule, Move, Cancel and Confirm Appointments Answer general questions about the practice in a courteous manner Fill out and send School/Camp Medical Forms Forward messages to RN/Providers Call in, fax and/or print prescriptions Process fax transmissions and emails through Salesforce appropriately Maintain an organized, efficient and professional work environment Keep office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs Assist with provider needs/requests Adhere to all practice policies and remain HIPAA Compliant Work on special projects or task designated by department manager QUALIFICATIONS 1
Years of Customer Service Experience Excellent communication and problem solving skills Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on importance High School Diploma or Graduation Equivalency Degree (GED) Must be able to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19, Hep B, Tdap and MMR.
SALARY Starting rate - $17.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
