Feline Veterinary Medical Center is looking to fill a full-time receptionist position.
The receptionist position plays an integral role in providing excellent customer service to our clients and their beloved pets.
Candidates must greet clients, be outgoing, well spoken, and interact with clients and patients in a positive and friendly manner.
The candidate must be able to multi-task, must be detailed oriented and have excellent computer skills.
The receptionist's duties include but are not limited to the following:
Make appointments Answer phones and answer client emails Take and check phone messages Process transactions Prior reception/client service experience is preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
