The Director - Legal Employment &Administration maintains current in depth knowledge with respect to all federal, state, and local employment and labor laws and regulations. This individuals primary areas of responsibility include: managing the Companys compliance with employment laws; providing counsel on matters pertaining to employment and labor laws and human resources practices; supporting the Companys defense of any employment-related legal or administrative proceedings; and supporting internal investigations on employment-related matters. This individual also drafts and negotiates contracts in support of the Companys administrative/corporate functions and provides counseling and other legal support to them.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
